The Career Coach Who Tells You What You Need to Hear

We don't just teach theory. We install the operating systems, infrastructure, and automation that allow high-ticket agencies to scale without burnout.

It started with a belief that the second half of a career should be the best half.

I started Career Architect on the cusp of 50. Not because I had it all figured out — but because I was tired of a narrative that said experienced professionals were somehow past their best. That after a certain age, you stopped developing, stopped growing, and quietly faded toward retirement.

I didn't believe it then. I don't believe it now.

I'd spent over 20 years in management and talent — watching exceptional people undersell themselves, stay invisible, and settle for careers that didn't reflect what they were actually worth. I knew what decision-makers looked for. I knew what made candidates compelling. And I knew that most of the career advice out there was too generic, too polite, and too safe to make a real difference.

So I built something different.

Career Architect was also, honestly, me practising what I preached. I was building someone else's business and decided I'd rather build my own — take my expertise, bundle it into something meaningful, and share the knowledge and lived experience I'd spent decades accumulating.

That's what I help my clients do too. Whether you're looking for a new role, a promotion, or building your own thing — the work is the same: get clear on your commercial value, own your niche, and show up in a way that makes the right people take notice.

I'll always tell you what you need to hear. And I'll always be your biggest cheerleader while I do it.

The Career Architect Framework

01

Conviction

Get clear on what you want, why you want it, and what's been standing in your way. Every decision from here is built on this foundation.

02

Know Your Numbers

Understand your commercial value — what you deliver, what it's worth, and how to articulate it in a way that makes decision-makers take notice.

03

Build Your Commercial Narrative

Turn your experience, your niche, and your numbers into a compelling story that works across your LinkedIn, your CV, your interviews, and your business pitch.

04

Execution

A concrete plan, real accountability, and honest coaching that keeps you moving forward with momentum — not just thinking about it.

"Most people know what they've done. Very few can tell you what it's worth. That's the gap we close."

OUR APPROACH

The Four Pillars of Career Architect Coaching

Everything we do comes back to these four areas — because they're the ones that actually move the needle for experienced professionals.

Commercial Acumen

Understand what you deliver, what it's worth, and how to talk about it in a way that resonates with decision-makers and clients alike.

Niche & Positioning

Stand for something specific. A clear, ownable position makes your story easier to tell, easier to remember, and easier to say yes to.

Personal Brand

Your LinkedIn, your narrative, your presence — rebuilt to reflect your actual value and work for you whether you're job seeking or building a business.

Direction & Strategy

Know where you're going and have a concrete plan to get there. No more reactive decisions — just deliberate moves made with intent.
