These Terms and Conditions apply to all Career Architect programs, services, sessions, digital products, and community offerings. By purchasing or participating, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Services and scope

Career Architect provides coaching, advisory, and education services. Outcomes depend on participant engagement, decisions, and external market factors. No guarantee of specific roles, income, promotions, or outcomes is given.

All services are provided as described at the time of purchase. Career Architect reserves the right to update content, delivery format, session structure, facilitators, or supporting materials where required to maintain quality or relevance.

Payment and refunds

All fees are payable in full prior to commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds are not offered under any circumstances. This includes change of mind, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or shifts in career direction after purchase.

By enrolling, you acknowledge commitment to the program as purchased.

Program changes and delivery

Career Architect may amend program structure, session order, delivery method, or timelines where necessary. Any changes will aim to preserve the intent and value of the service.

Where a program includes a defined completion window, sessions and materials must be used within that period unless otherwise stated. Extensions are not guaranteed.

Session attendance and cancellations

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions.

Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 25 hours notice may incur a rebooking fee of $50. This fee may apply at Career Architect’s discretion.

Failure to attend a session without notice may result in the session being forfeited. Replacement sessions are not guaranteed.

Repeated rescheduling may limit future availability.

Client responsibility

Clients are responsible for preparation, participation, and follow through. Results depend on action taken outside sessions.

Career Architect does not provide legal, financial, or mental health advice. Clients should seek appropriate professional advice where required.

Confidentiality

All client discussions are treated as confidential. Career Architect will not share personal information or session content without consent, except where required by law.

Clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding other participants in group programs.

Intellectual property

All materials, frameworks, tools, recordings, and content provided remain the intellectual property of Career Architect.

Materials are for personal use only. Redistribution, reproduction, resale, or sharing without written permission is not permitted.

Limitation of liability

Career Architect is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from participation in services, including loss of income, opportunity, or employment outcomes.

Participation occurs at the client’s own discretion and risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled under Australian jurisdiction.

Updates to terms

Career Architect may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of purchase applies.
